Paying My Bill: Students and Parents

Student Paying Their Own Bill

Note: Deposits must be paid through the student's account. 

To Pay Student's Bill as a Student:

1. Login to myCU using your Cedarville student credentials
    
2. Select "View Student Account/Pay Bill"
   
    
3. Select the left box labeled "LOG IN TO PAY MY BILL/VIEW MY INVOICE"  
   
    

   Note: An alternative to steps 1-3 is to go to selfservice.cedarville.edu>login with CU credentials>[Student Finance]

4. Select "Make a Payment" on the right side of the page 
   .
    

5. Select your method of payment from the dropdown menu after reviewing the amount you want to pay at this time
    

6. Select "Proceed to Payment"
   

Parent Paying Their Student's Bill

Note: Deposits MUST be paid through student's account.

To Pay Student's Bill as a Parent:

1. Log in to myCU using your Cedarville parent credentials
    
2. Select "View Student Account/Pay Bill"
   
    
3. Select the right blue box labeled "LOG IN TO PAY THEIR BILL/VIEW THEIR INVOICE"
   
    

4. If the "Person Proxy" page doesn't automatically appear, click on your profile and select [Change Proxy User].
   
    

5. Select the student's account that you want to pay
   
    

6. Select "Continue"
   
    

7. Select "Student Finance"
   
    

8. Select "Make a Payment" on the right side of the page 
   .
    

9. Select your method of payment from the dropdown menu after reviewing the amount you want to pay at this time
    

10. Select "Proceed to Payment"
