For some of the HP printers in the labs, the printer is generating an extra page that looks something like this:

To fix this, you have to connect to the web interface of the printer. You will need the IP address of the printer. Enter the IP address in the address field of your favorite web browser.
Once you are on web interface, go to the "Networking" tab.
Go to the "Advanced" tab.
Set "LPD Banner Page" to "Disable" and then hit Apply.
