✉️ Share Emails under a Gmail Tag with Another User

- Navigate to gmail.com
- Click on your profile in the upper-right corner
- Click on [Manage your Google Account]
- Click on the [Data & Privacy] tab on the left-hand side
- Scroll all the way down and click [Download your data]
- Under "Select data to include" Click "Deselect all"
- Scroll down to "Mail" and check the box
- Click [All Mail data included]
- Un-check "Include all messages in Mail"
- Click "Select all" then "Deselect all"
- Scroll down and check the label(s) you want to share
- Click "OK"
- Scroll all the way down and click [Next step]
- Ensure the settings are as follows:
- Send downlad link via email
- Export once
- .zip
- 2GB
- Click [Create export]
- Once the export is finished it will send you an email. A test export finished 455 emails in 5-10 minutes and sent a zip folder of 40.5MB.
- When you receive the email, open it and click [Download your files]
- If the download does not start within 10 seconds, click [Download] on the export
- Go to your downloads folder on your computer and move the zip folder to your OneDrive folder
- Once that syncs, right-click on the folder and click "[Cloud Icon] Share"
- Enter the recipients email address
- Click the pencil icon to choose whether they can edit this folder or only view it
- Click [Send]
