CedarPrint wireless printing is receiving upgrades to its printing system. The new Konica Minolta machines will conveniently allow students and faculty to print, copy, and scan using a touch screen.
To Print
- Submit print jobs to CedarPrint.

- Scan your Cedarville University ID card at the CedarPrint machine.
- Tap [Print Release] option on the touch screen.
- Select the jobs you wish to print by checking the boxes on the touch screen.
- Tap [Print] on the touch screen.
- Pick up the printed documents from the output tray.
- Log out: Tap the logout button located next to your username in the upper-right corner of the screen.
How to Utilize the Scan Feature
- Scan your Cedarville University ID card at the CedarPrint machine.
- Tap [Scan] option on the touch screen.
- Select the correct account (for students, this is "Personal Account").
- Select desired scan actions (e.g., "Scan to my email (Color)" or "Google Drive").
- Optional: Modify scan settings (e.g., paper size, duplex options, DPI, etc.).
- Place the original document face up in the feed tray or face down on the glass.
- Tap the green [Start] button on the touch screen. Wait for copier to finish scanning original document.
- Tap [Finish] on the touch screen.
- Press the blue [Start] button on the touch screen.
- Tap [Send] on the touch screen.
- Remove the original document from the feed tray or the glass.
- Log out: Tap the logout button located next to your username in the upper-right corner of the screen.
How to Utilize the Copy Feature
- Scan your Cedarville University ID card at CedarPrint machine
- Tap [Device Functions] on the touch screen.
- Select the correct account (for students, this is "Personal Account").
- Optional: Modify settings (e.g., paper size, duplex options, number of copies, etc.).
- Place the original document face up in the feed tray or face down on the glass.
- Tap [Start] on the touch screen. Wait for copier to finish printing.
- Pick up the printed copies from the output tray.
- Remove the original document from the feed tray or the glass.
- Log out: Tap the logout button located next to your username in the upper-right corner of the screen.
