Block a Phone Number in Teams Calling

Block an Unknown Caller ID Number

1. Click the 3 dots next to your profile picture. Navigate to Settings.
   
    
2. Under Settings, select Privacy.
   
    
3. Find Blocked Contacts. 
   
   • Manage blocked contacts allows you to edit the numbers you've blocked.
   • Check the Block calls with no caller ID box if you want.

Block Known External Number

Calls with no ID will still show up in your call history.

1. Navigate to Calls on the lefthand side-bar. Clicking the phone will populate your call history.
   
    
2. Hover over the number you'd like to block.
3. Click the 3 dots and from the list that appears, click Block.
