🤖 New ChatGPT APP Installation Procedure

Procedure to install ChatGPT from University Software app on the desktop of the computer.

NEW INSTALLATION

1. Log into the system using university username and password.
2. At the desktop click on icon named "University Software" icon.
   "
3. In the Search Apps box at the top of the page type "ChatGPT"
   
4. Click on "ChatGPT"
5. Click on [Install].
6. Wait for installation to finish.
7. Click the back arrow in the upper left hand corner close to the title "Company Portal."
8. Should result in the same page as before except the ChatGPT app should indicate "Installed."
9. Click on "ChatGPT Sandbox Installation"
10. Click on [Install]
11. Wait for installation to finish
12. If any ChatGPT windows are still present when the installation is finished, close them by pressing the [X] in the upper right hand corner.
13. Start and log into ChatGPT.  You should see the prompt page to start your work.
