This article is to instruct the user on how to Install the required sandbox environment for ChatGPT. The sandbox installation requires admin user rights to be installed but current users don't have those rights or a way to run the installation with admin rights. This procedure allows the sandbox installation for the user.

If user has already installed ChatGPT from the Internet and having issues completing the installation use the following screen:

To fix this issue:
- Log into the system with university username and password.
- Click on the "University Software" icon on the desktop.
- In the search box at the top of the page type "ChatGPT".
- Click on "ChatGPT Sandbox Installation".
- Click on "Install".
- Wait for installation to finish.
- If a box comes up about profile error, this is because ChatGPT processes are already running, you can click OK to continue installation.
- Close any instances of ChatGPT that remain open after the installation is finished.
- Start and log into ChatGPT.
