• Used when the cedarville.edu branding is critical (e.g. cedarville.edu/culead)
• Admin: https://apps.cedarville.edu/UrlShortener/
• Student Developers may not have permission to create these

Troubleshooting

1. New web shortcut does not redirect (simply shows 404 error) or redirects to an old page
   • The cache clearing failed for some reason. You can manually clear the cache using the following links for each server:
     • https://beta.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
     • https://www.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
   • If that doesn't work or works intermittently, you may need to clear the cache directly on each CD server:
     • https://cdfinity1.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
     • https://cdfinity2.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
