Use this serve to request communication outlet boxes or jacks for network, telephone, and/or video services.

Fill out the request form completely with as much detail as possible. IT may need to visit the site to obtain more information before giving a full cost or time estimate.
How much does it cost?
The base cost is $370 for a standard two-jack (minimum) network box and $70 for each additional cable to a box, but additional factors such as location and urgency may increase the cost.
