Canvas questions or problems can also be submitted to Cedarville University Information Technology by selecting "Submit Canvas Support Request" on the right side of this page. Please note that the issue or problem that is reported to Information Technology may need to be directed to Canvas Support for resolution.
Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL):
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) does not provide Canvas support, but instead assists faculty with course setup and content in Canvas. Please note: The CTL does not provide technical support for Canvas. Technical support for Canvas is provided by Canvas Support at the numbers and chat links shown above.
