Unable to load sample four year plan in Student Planning

Problem

An adviser was getting the following error when trying to build a sample plan for a student:

"No sample plan available for program: BA Sport Business Management and term 2021SP."

Solution

This error occurred because...
     1. There were not enough terms in the future,
         and
     2. The "Default on New Course Plans" not set to "Yes"

We reviewed each fall and spring terms into the future and made sure that this flag was set to "Yes". 

Once this was done, the adviser was able to build the sample plan for the student.
