There are times where we will need to make changes to a particular print driver for a particular printer for all users of that printer. This is how you do that:
1. Open up Printer Management
2. Find the printer that you are trying to make changes to, right-click on it, and choose Properties
3. When the Printer Properties page appears, click on the Advanced tab, and then click on the button that says Printing Defaults...
4. Make the changes you need (ie. setting Paper Source to Tray 2, etc.). Hit "Apply" and that will apply the change to the driver. The change should then propagate to every computer that has that printer installed. It may take some time, depending on how fast the system receives the update. You can always try logging out and logging back in to force the update faster if it doesn't come down in a few minutes after making the change.
