For video conferences the following settings should be used:

  • Speaker: C7500Q(DisplayPort)
  • Microphone:Crestron-UC-Soundbar(or OSM09 table top mic)
  • Camera:Huddly IQ

To allow both sides of the room to hear audio:
Microsoft Teams screen share with audio is applied by Microsoft Teams. Connecting the HDMI or USB has nothing to do with the screen sharing or the audio from the host computer. The USB is only for the microphone and camera that is part of the room system.

So the audio can be heard in the conference room and on the far side, you must select the C750Q for the audio output. Then you can share screen with audio. This will allow both sides to hear the audio you want to present.

When you are done:

  1. Log off the computer properly.
  2. Remove all USB devices, videotapes and discs from their appropriate places.
  3. Press the power button on the remote.
