🖨️ Printer is Printing an Extra Page

Sometimes a printer will begin starting each print job with the following page:

User: [username]

Host: [computer name]

Class:

Job: [job name]

To prevent this, reset the printer to defaults:

1. On the printer, press Home > Administration > General Settings > Reset to Defaults
2. After the printer restarts, go through and set up the date, time, and other settings it asks for
3. If the IP Address is displayed on the main screen
   1. Press Home > Administration > Display > Display IP Address > Disable
4. Run a test print from a computer and ensure printing is back to normal
