Change Display Name

Note: these are instructions for changing your Gmail display name and does not affect your username, login, or Gmail address.

To change your Gmail display name: 

1. Go to Gmail.
2. Click the settings icon.
3. Click "See all settings."
4. Click "Accounts."
5. Click "Edit Info" to the right of the "Send mail as" section.
6. Click the bubble next to the empty white field box.
7. Type new display name.
8. If desired, change your "reply-to" address.
9. Click "Save Changes."
