Student Admission Application Problem

If a customer needs help with their password or username, IT can help them.

If we cannot resolve the issue or if they have another issue with their application, transfer the call to Tammy Abel at x62127 because it is most likely a Slate issue.
If it is after hours, tell the customer to call 937-766-6217 during business hours. 

To create the ticket: Access>reset password>assisted with username>customer issue resolved.
Close ticket once you direct the customer to Tammy.
