📞 Microsoft Teams: Ringtone and Preferences

Ringtone

Follow the steps below to change your Microsoft Teams ringtone:

1. Open Teams and navigate to Settings (upper right-hand corner by profile picture).
   
    
2. Navigate to the Calls section.
   
    
3. Scroll down until you find the Call handling and forwarding section.
   
    
4. From here, you are able to change the ringtone.
   

Call Forwarding

Follow the steps below to forward a call in Microsoft Teams:

1. Open Teams and navigate to Settings (upper right-hand corner by profile picture).
   
    
2. Navigate to the Calls section.
   
    
3. Scroll down until you find the Call handling and forwarding section.
   
    
4. Toggle the button under Forward all calls so the option Choose how all your calls will be forwarded populates.
   
    
5. From here, you can manage where your calls will be forwarded to.
