When you update your firmware, all tabs will close during the reboot.
Installation takes 15-20 min. To avoid disrupting your day, we recommend this as an end-of-day task. If you are completing this process at the end of the day, ensure you close/shut down all tabs before you leave.
Update Your Firmware
Follow the steps below to successfully update your Firmware now:
- Navigate to Company Portal.
- Begin the update by selecting the BIOS update image for your system.
- You will be taken to the home page for the update. Select Install.
- The update will automatically begin and the update will continue.
- Once the update is complete, the BIOS Update will appear under Recently published apps.
- The update is now complete!
