Rise Vision Digital Signage Support

Cedarville University has chosen Rise Vision as the Digital Signage solution provider.  Rise Vision is a cloud-based digital signage solution at over 3000 schools: K-12 and higher education.

To request access to the Cedarville University Rise Vision account:  Call or text the IT Help Desk at 937-766-7905 or send an email message to techhelp@cedarville.edu.

To login to your Cedarville Rise Vision account:

  1. Go to https://apps.risevision.com/
  2. Select "Use My Google Account"
  3. Enter your full CU email address at the Google Sign in prompt
  4. Re-enter your full CU email address at the Cedarville Sign In prompt
  5. Enter your CU account password at the next prompt

Note: You may get a Duo two-factor authentication prompt.

Online Support:  Logon to https://apps.risevision.com/signin and open a support ticket via the Help icon in the upper right corner of the Rise Vision page to the left of your username:


 

SLA:  Rise Vision Support will respond to support requests sent via email to support@risevision.com within one hour during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. (9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time) except for weekends and holidays.
