Network accounts can be built for a spouse.
To build an account:
Create a savedlist containing the ID number of the spouse.
Run BUILD.NETWORK.LOGINS selecting the "SPOUSE" account type. Typically the response to the "Generate automatic updates" prompt is "Y" (yes). Not answering affirmatively will mean the AD and Google accounts have to be set up manually. The LDAP process will set this up as a FACSTAFF_USERS account with User Type = SPOUSE. If the person previously had an account (e.g. a People account), there may be messages like "problem 6005 (ENTRY_EXISTS)" that appear. The spouse will need to set up the password for their account.
