- Calls allow you to host audio and video calls and meetings with your team and others on Microsoft Teams.
- File Sharing allows you to share and send files in Channels and Chats. These files are directly integrated with Microsoft OneDrive and Office Online.

- Navigate to "More Options" by clicking on the three dots, (···), and select from the drop down, "Get email address."
- Copy the channel's email address to the clipboard. Click [Copy].
- Open Gmail.

- Type your message in the subject line and/or the body of the email message.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the [Send] button and select "Schedule Send".
- Choose the day and time or select "Pick date & time," choose your preferred post date, and then click [Schedule send].
The post should appear in the Teams channel at the scheduled time.
Note: A channel post sent from email will appear a little differently in Teams and will say at the top that it was sent via email. The original email will also be viewable as an attachment.
