Troubleshooting Laerdal software not connecting to simulator.

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi on the laptop.

    2. Click the Wi-Fi Symbol or the arrow to see the toggle option.

  2. Restart the Laptop.
    1. Click the Windows icon at the bottom of the screen.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    2. Click the power icon near the right of the menu.

    3. Select Restart from the options.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Once the Laptop is turned back on, log in with the LabLogin user.
  4. Launch the Laerdal Software.
  5. Select Patient Monitoring.
  6. It should connect automatically or prompt a Simulator for selection.
