Change Voicemail PIN on Office Phone

This article explains how to change the personal identification number (PIN) used to access your voicemail on a University-provided office phone.

To Change Voicemail PIN:

From the extension you want to update, dial 4100.
Enter your current 4-digit PIN then press #.
Press 5 to select Voicemail Options.
Press 5 again to Change Your Personal Identification Number.
Enter your current 4-digit PIN then press #.
Enter your new 4-digit PIN then press #.
Enter your new 4-digit PIN again then press #.
Press End Call to hang up.

If you do not know the current 4-digit PIN for your voicemail, use Office Devices: Ask for Help / Report a Problem to request a password reset for the Voicemail PIN. Please include your 4-digit phone extension in the description.
