myCU Trouble Shooting

Common Issues with finding a Task within the myCU portal: 


  1. First, check to see if you are signed into the myCU portal. This can be done by checking the right side underneath the Cedarville Banner for your name.
  2. If your name does not show up then you will need to click the "Sign In" right next to the bell and person icons.
  3. Once you click "Sign In" it should direct you to our Microsoft Cedarville University sign-in page. 
  4. After signing in and you still see the "Sign In" and no name, then click "Sign In" again until your name is displayed.

Once your name is displayed then search for your Task.

If your Task still does not show up please email mycu@cedarville.edu.
