Share Emails under a Gmail Tag with Another User

  1. Navigate to gmail.com
  2. Click on your profile in the upper-right corner
  3. Click on [Manage your Google Account]
  4. Click on the [Data & Privacy] tab on the left-hand side
  5. Scroll all the way down and click [Download your data]
  6. Under "Select data to include" Click "Deselect all"
  7. Scroll down to "Mail" and check the box
  8. Click [All Mail data included]
  9. Un-check "Include all messages in Mail"
  10. Click "Select all" then "Deselect all"
  11. Scroll down and check the label(s) you want to share
  12. Click "OK"
  13. Scroll all the way down and click [Next step]
  14. Ensure the settings are as follows:
    1. Send downlad link via email
    2. Export once
    3. .zip
    4. 2GB
  15. Click [Create export]
    1. Once the export is finished it will send you an email. A test export finished 455 emails in 5-10 minutes and sent a zip folder of 40.5MB.
  16. When you receive the email, open it and click [Download your files]
  17. If the download does not start within 10 seconds, click [Download] on the export
  18. Go to your downloads folder on your computer and move the zip folder to your OneDrive folder
  19. Once that syncs, right-click on the folder and click "[Cloud Icon] Share"
  20. Enter the recipients email address
  21. Click the pencil icon to choose whether they can edit this folder or only view it
  22. Click [Send]
