CedarPrint: Print, Copy, and Scan with Konica Minolta

CedarPrint wireless printing is receiving upgrades to its printing system. The new Konica Minolta machines will conveniently allow students and faculty to print, copy, and scan using a touch screen.

To Print

  1. Submit print jobs to CedarPrint. 

Note: For help using WebPrint, reference Article - CedarPrint: Use WebPrint fr... (teamdynamix.com). For help setting up CedarPrint on your personal device, reference Article - Set up CedarPrint (teamdynamix.com).

  1. Scan your Cedarville University ID card at the CedarPrint machine.
  2. Tap [Print Release] option on the touch screen.
  3. Select the jobs you wish to print by checking the boxes on the touch screen.
  4. Tap [Print] on the touch screen.
  5. Pick up the printed documents from the output tray.
  6. Log out: Tap the logout button located next to your username in the upper-right corner of the screen.

How to Utilize the Scan Feature

  1. Scan your Cedarville University ID card at the CedarPrint machine.
  2. Tap [Scan] option on the touch screen.
  3. Select the correct account (for students, this is "Personal Account").
  4. Select desired scan actions (e.g., "Scan to my email (Color)" or "Google Drive").
  5. Optional: Modify scan settings (e.g., paper size, duplex options, DPI, etc.).
  6. Place the original document face up in the feed tray or face down on the glass.
  7. Tap the green [Start] button on the touch screen. Wait for copier to finish scanning original document.
  8. Tap [Finish] on the touch screen.
  9. Press the blue [Start] button on the touch screen.
  10. Tap [Send] on the touch screen.
  11. Remove the original document from the feed tray or the glass.
  12. Log out: Tap the logout button located next to your username in the upper-right corner of the screen.

How to Utilize the Copy Feature

  1. Scan your Cedarville University ID card at CedarPrint machine
  2. Tap [Device Functions] on the touch screen.
  3. Select the correct account (for students, this is "Personal Account").
  4. Optional: Modify settings (e.g., paper size, duplex options, number of copies, etc.).
  5. Place the original document face up in the feed tray or face down on the glass.
  6. Tap [Start] on the touch screen. Wait for copier to finish printing.
  7. Pick up the printed copies from the output tray.
  8. Remove the original document from the feed tray or the glass.
  9. Log out: Tap the logout button located next to your username in the upper-right corner of the screen.
