Dual Enrollment students are considered "full" Cedarville students, meaning they have accounts like on-campus Cedarville Students.
Dual Enrollment at Cedarville includes several options for students:
- Dual Enrollment: Students that are currently enrolled in both college and high school courses and are receiving credit for both through a class.
- Christian School Partnership (CSP): Students can take Cedarville Classes at their private Christian high school for dual enrollment credits. Their school will provide a Facilitator and Cedarville provides them with a CU account and a CU professor.
- College Credit Plus (CCP): Students in grades 7-12 that are residents of Ohio can take college courses for free and earn credit for high school and college. This is through the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE).

Many of the issues CSP Students face can be resolved in the same manner as with Cedarville students. For example:
- Issues with Proctorio, refer to Proctorio Troubleshooting and Support
- Issues with Canvas, the student should reach out to Canvas Support.
- Issues with Kaltura, they should follow the Kaltura KB and reach out to their TA and Cedarville professor. Their Facilitator and CU Professor can then reach out to CTL.
- Issues accessing YouTube this is most likely an age restriction set by YouTube, 18 years of age. CU does NOT control this restriction. Solutions: 1. Facilitator can play the video in class. 2. The student can ask their parent to access it for them at home. Always direct the student to go through the proper channels for permissions.
- Issues accessing CoPilot this is most likely due to an age limit restriction of 18 years of age. Direct them to their professor for alternate AI options for completing the assignment.
Information needed from CSP students when reaching out to CU IT with issues related to their class, such as Canvas or Kaltura, provide/gather the following info:
- Their high school name
- The name and number of the class
- The Facilitator's name
- The Cedarville Professor's name
- The browser the student is using
- The platform being used
- The type of device the student is using
- The version installed on the device
