If you have attempted to use Microsoft CoPilot but continue to receive the message, "Coming soon," complete the following steps in order to troubleshoot the problem:
- Go to CoPilot.microsoft.com.
- When the page comes up, it should look like this:
- You can then enter a prompt in the chat bar.
You can also access Microsoft CoPilot by signing in with your student account:
- Go to copilot.microsoft.com.
- Click on the "Sign in" button.
- Select the account you wish to use.
- Choose the option "Work" or "Personal."
- You should then be able to enter prompts in the chat.
NOTE: You do NOT need to sign into any type of account to use the free version of Microsoft CoPilot.
If the steps above do not fix the issue, try one or multiple of the following in order to troubleshoot the issue:
- Use an incognito window
- Use a different browser
- Rest all cookies
