📞 Microsoft Teams: Signing into Microsoft Teams Phones

Use the following instructions to log into the Microsoft Teams phones. Once you sign in, you will stay signed in even if the phone reboots.

Polycom

Signing into your Polycom phone:

1. Select Sign In.
   
    
2. A URL and code will populate on the screen.  
   
   To generate a new code, select More and then Refresh.
    
3. Open a web browser and navigate to the URL on a computer/laptop, then sign in using your Cedarville credentials and the code on the phone screen.
   
4. Once this process is complete, the phone will reboot a couple times, and your number (e.g. 1-937-766-1234) will display on the phone.

Signing out of your Polycom phone:

Note: You only need to sign out of a phone if you will no longer be using it, such as when you move to a different office. Then, you can sign in to the phone in your new location.

1. Select the More button and then the Sign Out option.
2. The phone will reboot, and the login page will populate.

Yealink

Signing into your Yealink phone:

1. The Sign In options will be visible from the main phone screen. You have two options to log in:
   1. Sign in using the Sign In button on the screen.
      
       
   2. Use the URL and code populated on the phone screen (same process as logging into Polycom phones).  This is the recommended method.
      
       

Signing out of your Yealink phone:

1. Select your profile (top left-hand corner; either picture or initials).
   
    
2. Select Settings, then scroll down to Sign Out.
   
    
3. The phone will not reboot but will automatically take you to the Sign In page.
