Perform a hard refresh of the Informer 4 login page
- On the Informer 4 login page, hit the Ctrl+F5 key combination.
This will force your browser to not use a cached version of the login page.
- Try logging in again.
Check for typing errors
- Is your username correct?
Note: Informer 4 uses the short (no @cedarville.edu) version of the username.
- Is CAPS lock on?
- The password box is case-sensitive
Are you able to log in to other campus services?
If you are unable to log into other campus services using the same password as the Informer 4 login page, then you will need to reset your password.
Are you a student employee?
Student employees need to have their staff supervisor submit a request for student access to this software.
Still unable to log in
Request a change in access rights
