Surveys in Qualtrics can be shared. The best way to give someone access to a survey is for the person to figure out who did the survey and ask the owner of the survey to share it with them.
An admin can do this by impersonating the owner of the survey and sharing it. There is no way in Qualtrics to search for a particular survey. The owner of the survey has to be identified first. If the owner is not known Qualtrics Help says that one will have to click into each user and examine each account.
Best if the real owner of the survey does the sharing.
Got a call that a user could not share a project with another user. Turns out the account that was being shared with was old and had a "Qtrial - student" user type. Changed this to a user type of "Standard - Qualtrics" and everybody was happy. The user type can be changed by going into "Admin", "Users" and then doing a search.
