How to get voicemails sent to my email

You can set up the University phone system to send notifications to your email mailbox whenever you receive a new voicemail message. After setup, these emails will contain the voicemail message attached as an mp3 file that can be played within your email.

Note: This procedure must be performed when connected to the Cedarville University network on campus or when connected to GlobalProtect VPN off campus.

  1. Go to voicemail.cedarville.edu and login with your 4-digit phone extension and web password.
  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, click the 3 horizontal lines then select Settings.
  2. From the new menu, select User Settings.
  3. Under the Voicemail section, make the following adjustments:
    1. Email: Enter your email address in this box.
    2. Attach audio: Check this box to receive an mp3 file attached to the email notification.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.  It may take a few moments for it to finish saving.
