Reporting New Students For Upcoming Term

The Informer report called "New Students Per Term" can be used to report students starting in the next future term.  The initial pool of student IDs is compiled from several sources, and then the selection is narrowed.  The sources for this report include:

Checking Student Academic Credit (STC) records for the current term, and selecting any students who have a course with the instructional method "COOP";
Note: No longer selecting co-op students as of September 2022.
Including the adjusted new freshmen list for the term (e.g. 2019SP.ADUSTED.NEW.FR);
Including the adjusted new transfer list for the term (e.g. 2019SP.ADUSTED.NEW.TR);
Including the adjusted new PB (post-baccalaureate) list for the term (e.g. 2019SP.ADJUSTED.NEW.PB);
Including the adjusted readmitted list for the term (e.g. 2019SP.ADJUSTED.READMIT);
Including the accepted graduate student list for the term (e.g. 2019SP.GS.ACCEPTED).

If any of the sources are missing or not accurate, verify that the corresponding set of paragraphs below is set up, they are running successfully, and they are running on schedule (<<YEAR>> represents the year of the new term):
