Troubleshooting

New web shortcut does not redirect (simply shows 404 error) or redirects to an old page
- The cache clearing failed for some reason. You can manually clear the cache using the following links for each server:
  - https://beta.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
  - https://www.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
- If that doesn't work or works intermittently, you may need to clear the cache directly on each CD server:
  - https://cdfinity1.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
  - https://cdfinity2.cedarville.edu/this-page-does-not-exist?clearcache=1
