Known Issues When Submitting Final Grades
Session Timeouts:
When entering grades via myCU, apparently there are instances when the amount of time needed to enter the information is longer than the time span a session can stay active in the system. It may help to split up the student list and save out of the form after finishing each group of students. Another option might be a programming change to increase the time span allowed in ColdFusion applications such as this.
