Unable to Log Onto Vehicle Reservation System

A user may sometimes be unable to log onto Cedarville's Vehicle Registration System (myCU portal task: "Reserve a Vehicle") due to getting the error: "Invalid Username and Password combination (or User is not an Administrator). Please try again." 

Solution:

1. Select the "Forgot password?" link. 
2. Enter your CU gmail address on the next screen and click "Submit."  
3. Open the email sent from "universityfleetmgmt@cedarville.edu" with subject "FleetCommander Login Information."
4. The email will provide the Username and Password.
5. Go back and re-enter the Username and Password provided in the email message.
