The Adobe suite is available for full-time faculty and staff members as a named user license. This license allows downloads on two devices, so you can access the software from both your work computer and your home computer, if needed!

Get Adobe on a University-Provided Computer
Use the steps below to install Adobe Creative Cloud, sign in, then add additional programs to your University-provided computer.
To Install Adobe Creative Cloud:
- On a University-provided computer, search Software Center in the search space next to the window icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Open the Software Center App.
- In the top right corner, type "Adobe" then hit enter to search.
- Select Adobe Creative Cloud App - FacStaff Installation.
- Click Install. It may take up to 10 minutes for the installation process to complete.
- When prompted, restart your computer.
- Log in to your computer using your Cedarville University credentials.
Note: If you are attempting to install Adobe Creative Cloud from off-campus, you may need to
connect to GlobalProtect VPN first. If this still does not work, you can follow the steps below for installing Adobe on a personally-owned device.
To Sign In to Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Click the Windows Start Menu (), then select Adobe Creative Cloud.
- If you do not see the program, type "Adobe Creative Cloud" in the search bar.
- When prompted, enter your Cedarville University email address to sign in.
- Select School or Work ID.
- Enter your Cedarville University credentials to sign in. If prompted, verify your account with two-factor authentication.
Note: If you installed any Adobe products before August 1, 2019, you may be prompted to update the Adobe Creative Cloud App, which can take up to 5 minutes. During this process, Creative Cloud will restart and a new icon will appear on the desktop. Once complete, you can open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App to continue with the instructions below.
To Download More Adobe Products:
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Select the Adobe products you want to download, then click Install.
- The installation time varies depending on the product selected, but the process may take a few minutes to complete for each product.
- Once installed, click Open to launch the product.
Get Adobe on a Personally-Owned Computer
Use the steps below to install Adobe Creative Cloud, sign in, then add additional programs to your personally-owned computer.
To Install Adobe Creative Cloud from the Web:
- Open your preferred web browser and navigate to adobe.com.
- Select Sign In.
- Enter your Cedarville University email address.
- Select Sign in with Enterprise ID (or school account).
- Enter your Cedarville University credentials to sign in. If prompted, verify your account with two-factor authentication.
To Download Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Select "Download Apps."
- Select "Creative Cloud Desktop app."
- Follow the instructions to download the app. You may need to grant administrator permissions to proceed.
To Sign In to Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Click the Windows Start Menu (), then select Adobe Creative Cloud.
- If you do not see the program, type "Adobe Creative Cloud" in the search bar.
- When prompted, enter your Cedarville University email address to sign in.
- Select School or Work ID.
- Enter your Cedarville University credentials to sign in. If prompted, verify your account with two-factor authentication.
To Download More Adobe Products:
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Select the Adobe products you want to download, then click Install.
- The installation time varies depending on the product selected, but the process may take a few minutes to complete for each product.
- Once installed, click Open to launch the product.
