Use this service to submit questions and request a variety of support options.
Where to get it?
Click on the Initiate Bomgar Support Session Button.
How to use it?
Fill out the "Issue Submission" information and click "Submit". A download and installation will be necessary for the session to begin.
Once the download is completed, click on the download to initiate the support session. The installation will be removed once the support session is concluded.
