This article is intended for FACULTY and STAFF only and does NOT apply to non-Mac devices.
To Gain Administrator Access on Mac Computers:
- Open the "CedarNet 2.0 for Mac" application.
- Locate the "Make Me Admin" option, and click "Elevate Access" to initiate the process.
- When prompted, select "Make me an admin, please" to activate for 15 minutes.
- You can now install updates using your local Mac username and password.
