University Faculty & Staff may use the Courtesy Account System to create a temporary account that may be used for connecting to University Wi-Fi, logging onto University classroom & lab computers.
The Courtesy Account System can also create other types of specialized accounts, including:
- Office accounts for marketing or vanity emails
- Student organization email accounts
- Contractor/Vendor accounts for access to VPN and other University Resources
- Accounts for spouses of faculty/staff who don't otherwise have a relationship to CU
Guest users of the Cedarville University network are expected to honor Federal and State laws regarding network and computer usage. In addition, guests should respect Cedarville's Christian worldview by not accessing inappropriate materials.
