Log In

• Our network hosts a single sign-on environment. You will log in once for your Email, MyCU, Canvas.

• Change or reset your CedarNet password here.
   

Connect to WiFi

• Access to CU’s Wireless: Connect to EDUROAM.

• Log in with your FULL CU email address.

• Follow these instructions for all devices. 
   

Access myCU (Main Menu)

• Be sure to sign in with your full Cedarville email and password.
   
• The ‘Search Bar’ allows you to easily search for many student resources like:
  • Canvas: submit assignments, check grades, view course syllabi.
  • View Student Account: pay bill, view transcript, review financial aid package.
  • View Schedules: chapel, classes, athletics, dining hall, faculty, climbing wall.
  • Security & Privacy: change password, set security questions, sign up for emergency notification.
     

IT Resources

• CU IT Service Catalog Knowledge Base Articles will assist you in finding many answers to your questions about technology.

• Submit an Information Technology Service Request to receive Cedarville University technology help.
   

Google Apps for Education

• CU utilizes Google Apps for Education (web-based, backed-up, secure, retrievable from any location).
  • Access to your Cedarville Google Email and Apps. Tell me more.
     

Other Software

• Students may use MS Office 365 applications on their personal computers.
• For Online Software and Technology Training (24/7 access to quick, online, informative, video tutorials), go to Infobase Learning Cloud.

File Storage Options

• 1 TB of Microsoft OneDrive

Utilize CedarNet Software

• CU has over 70 software programs currently installed on university computers across campus.

• Network printers are located in administrative and academic buildings.

Print Quotas

• The University’s current print quota software displays all printing as a dollar amount. This is not a charge to your student account.
  Each print is equated with 8.5 cents of available print quota. For example, if a student has 500 prints remaining in their print quota, the print quota balance will be expressed as $42.50 (500 x $0.085 = $42.50).

• Full-time, enrolled, undergraduate students have a print quota of $42.50 (500 prints) per term. The print quota is reset at the beginning of each semester including May term and summer terms for enrolled students.

Duo Two-Factor Authentication (TFA)

• TFA is an additional security measure that increases your online security. 
  Students are not required to have Duo, unless they are employed by the university.
   
• Set up Two-Factor Authentication: This is a free resource to our students, faculty, and staff for all your devices.

• Visit us at our Information Technology Service Center at glass entrance located on the north side of the Tyler Digital Communication Center. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
