Summer Upgrades - Visit, Install, Follow-up

- Determine initial set of computers to upgrade
- Pre-visit user to determine software, printer and other various needs. Also determine hard drive space required.
- Perform and complete installation of new hardware, including data backup and migration
- Visit office three days after upgrade has occurred and inquire as to whether anything more is needed, answer questions.
